What the Flagellants lack in armour or skill at arms, they more than make up for with the Frenzy special rule and brutal two-handed flails. As well as 290 transfers, you get 30 Flagellants and enough parts to build up to three Standard Bearers and three hot-headed Prophets of Doom.
